In this Agreement "you", "your" and "Lessee" refer to the person renting the equipment described below (the "Equipment"). Where there is more than one person named below, the same terms refer to all persons named below and all obligations of the persons named below under this agreement shall be joint and several. "Us", "we", "our" and "Lessor" refer to Dependable Energy Inc and its authorized personnel, agents, contractors or assigns.
