Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that this Application and Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions attached hereto, becomes a binding contracted when accepted by Sponsor. By signing below, Sponsor accepts and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of this Application and Agreement, effective as of the date on which the application is received.

Vendor shall only sell the types of products listed on the application at Event. All products shall be consistent with all city, county and state health department regulations. The City reserves the right to inspect all products distributed by Vendor at the event. At its expense, the Vendor shall obtain all licenses and permits that may be required by any public authority for the distribution of any of the products. This includes all permits and licenses required by both the City and the Tarrant County Health Department.
