Terms of this agreement apply to all product related materials provided directly to the agreement holder or found on Performance Health websites including but not limited to photographs, digital images, text, logos and desktop publishing files. Performance Health reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time at its sole discretion; use of product content will be subject to the most current version. This agreement cannot be modified except by written addendum with signed acceptance from Performance Health. This agreement will be considered automatically terminated if agreement holder is found to be in violation of the terms or if a business relationship no longer exists with Performance Health.
