THIS AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is between the State of Indiana acting by and through the Office of the Indiana Attorney General (the “State”) and Penn Credit Corporation, having an office at 916 S. 14th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104 (“Penn Credit”), and for the limited purpose set forth herein, Pfenninger & Associates (“Pfenninger”). Individually and collectively, Penn Credit and Pfenninger may be referred to as the “Contractor”.
