Knolles Rosenbloom, (the “Rosenbloom Law Firm”), 332 Main Street, Athens, PA 18810, and the law firm of Indik & McNamara, P.C. (the “I&M Law Firm”), 100 South Broad Street, Suite 2230, Philadelphia, PA 19110. The GDDJ Law Firm, the Rosenbloom Law Firm and the I&M Law Firm, together with their respective successors and assigns, are hereinafter collectively called the “Attorneys”.
