Dear Mr. Sederstrom: TranSystems Corporation is pleased to submit this proposal to Fagen, Inc. that addresses your Request for Services associated with the above referenced project. This proposal is based upon preliminary information we discussed via phone about a to be determined ethanol site. We understand that Fagen, Inc is planning the development of an ethanol production facility to be located somewhere in the Midwest.
