This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of July 2015 by and between the Contra Costa Community College District, a political subdivision of the State of California, having its principal business address at 500 Court Street, Martinez, CA 94553 (hereinafter called “District”) and Mt. Diablo Unified School District, having its principal business address at 1936 Carlotta Drive, Concord, CA 94519 (hereinafter called “Contractor”).
