This AMENDMENT to CONTRACT #15-28-0003-OS, hereinafter referred to as “First Amendment,” is made and entered into or upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” and Arbor E&T, LLC dba ResCare Workforce Services, with a place of business at 9901 Linn Station Road, Louisville, KY 40223-3808, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR,” which are sometimes referred to as “PARTY,” or collectively referred to as “PARTIES.”
