This AMENDMENT to Contract #17-23-0015-PS, hereinafter referred to as “First Amendment,” is made and entered into or upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, and recognized Urban County under the Federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-383), as amended, with a place of business at 1770 North Broadway, Santa Ana, CA 92706-2642; hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and Mercy House Living Centers, Inc., DUNS #87-979-7165, a non-profit corporation, in the State of California with a place of business at P.O. Box 1905, Santa Ana, CA 92702, hereinafter referred to as “SUBRECIPIENT,” with COUNTY and SUBRECIPIENT sometimes referred to as “PARTY”, or collectively as “PARTIES.”
