This Amendment to Contract # 22-23-0018-HCD, hereinafter referred to as “First Amendment,” is made and entered into or upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and City of Placentia, a municipal corporation, in the State of California, DUNS Number 0404504417 and Unique Entity ID No. WN5YQKL2QFZ5 with a place of business at 401 East Chapman Avenue, Placentia, CA 92705-4407 hereinafter referred to as “Subrecipient,” which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
