It is hereby agreed by and among the State of Vermont, Office of Purchasing and Contracting (hereinafter called "State"), Underhill Garage Inc., DBA Clark’s Truck Center a corporation with a principal place of business in Underhill VT (hereinafter called “Clarks”) and Allegiance Trucks FT, LLC, a corporation with a principal place of business in Jericho, VT (hereinafter called "Contractor”), that the Contractor intends to assume all of the rights, benefits, duties and obligations of Clarks under the Contract between the State and Clarks dated as of March 8, 2022, Contract # 42695 , as amended to date (the “Contract”), and that the Contract is hereby amended as follows:
