This Agreement is entered into as of , 2020 made between GRADUATION SOLUTIONS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona (hereinafter referred to as “GS”) and COCHISE COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT (hereinafter referred to as “CCS”) for the 2021-2024 school years. The Dropout Recovery Program runs from July 1 through June 30. GS and CCS shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
