THIS AGREEMENT dated for reference purposes July 1, 2021, is entered into by and between the Cowlitz- Wahkiakum Council of Governments, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “CWCOG”), and Lewis County (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”), collectively the “Parties” and individually the “Party.”
