This Amendment One (“Amendment”) to Contract MA-003-18011477 for VTI Technical Software Maintenance Support Services (“Contract”) is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and IntelliTime Systems Corp, with a place of business at 1118 E. 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (“Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
