This Contract Alfalfa Production Services Agreement (including all Exhibits hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, the "Agreement") is made and entered into on December 31, 2014 by and between Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Iowa, with its principal place of business at 7100 NW 62nd Ave., P.O.
