This Agreement is made this 21st day of October 2008 by and between Integral Systems, Inc. (“Client”), with a principal place of business at 5000 Philadelphia Way, Lanham, Maryland 20706 and Pete Gaffney (“Provider”), with a principal place of business at 3155 Catrina Lane, Annapolis, MD 21403.
PURPOSE:Contract Employee Services Agreement • August 27th, 2019
This contract is utilized for the purchase of Contract Employee Services to support Miami-Dade County Departments. Vendor(s) shall support various Miami-Dade County departments on an as needed when needed basis. Vendor(s) are required to furnish contract employees, including all labor, transportation, equipment and incidentals to fulfill specified job descriptions provided by the County departments.
