General Services has an agreement for architectural and design services with Teall Messer, Architect for the Sheriff‘s Lobby, Reception, and Office Area Remodel Project. It is necessary to extend the Teall Messer contract through the final stages of the project. The project has taken longer than originally estimated and this extension will allow the County to utilize Mr. Messer’s services through the completion of construction and final inspection phases of the project. There are no additional costs associated with this extension and all other terms and conditions of this agreement remain the same.
