The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Deloitte Consulting LLP (“Contractor”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” to that certain agreement for application and development of MES modernized systems effective November 29, 2022 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000931400001 (“Contract”) now desire to amend the Contract.

The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”), an administrative agency within the executive branch of the State of Texas, and Deloitte Consulting LLP (“Contractor”), having its principal office at 500 West 2nd Street, Suite 1600, Austin, Texas 78701, (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), enter into the following agreement (“Contract”) for application and development of MES modernized systems.
