This Third Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Contract for Asphalt and Concrete Services dated January 1, 2017 is entered into this 22nd .day of October 2020, by and between Orlando Utilities Commission (“OUC”) and All Terrain Tractor Service, Inc. (“Supplier”) and shall be effective as of January 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”). OUC and Supplier shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
