This Contract, effective July 1, 2015 is made by and between the Town of Falmouth, a municipality of the State of Maine wholly located within the boundaries of Cumberland County, Maine (hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”), and the County of Cumberland (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”), to provide assessing services within the town limits of Falmouth, Cumberland County, Maine.
