Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit A, Special Terms and Conditions, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Contractor’s services shall be performed with the same degree of care, skill, diligence, competency, and knowledge that is ordinarily exhibited and possessed by other providers of such services in good standing in the same or similar field and community as Contractor.

This Amendment, dated effective June 30, 2019, is between Clean Water Services (District), and Tribeca Transport LLC (Contractor), and amends the parties’ Contract for Biosolids Land Application Services dated August 11, 2014 as amended by the First Amendment dated effective July 1, 2015 and the Second Amendment dated effective June 30, 2016 (collectively, Contract).
