Main St. 5th Floor, Santa Ana, CA 9270,1 and Motorola Solutions, Inc. with a place of business at 10680 Treena St., Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92131 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”). County and Contractor may be individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties”.
