This Contract is entered into between the United Nations Population Fund, a subsidiary organ of the General Assembly of the United Nations (“UN”) in terms of Article 22 of the UN Charter, with its Headquarters at 605 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10158, USA (the “UNFPA”) and [Name of Contractor], a [Type of entity] organized under the laws of [Country], (the “Contractor”).
