In consideration of the agreements set forth below, the Lake County Forest Preserve District, a body corporate and politic and unit of local government organized and existing under the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act, 70 ILCS 805/.001 et seq., 1899 West Winchester Road, Libertyville, Illinois 60048, (“Owner”) and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. a(n) Illinois Corporation, 9575 W. Higgins Road, Suite 600, Rosemont, IL 60018 (“Consultant”) make this Contract as of June 9, 2020 and hereby agree as follows:
