SALINA BOARD OF EDUCATION DOCB-C CONTRACT FOR EARLY RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM This Contract is made by and between Independent School District No. 16 of Mayes County, Oklahoma, hereinafter called "District" and , hereinafter called "Retiree" pursuant to the Salina School District's Early Retirement Incentive Program. RECITALS:A. The Board of Education of District has approved an Early Retirement Incentive Program (the "Program") for certain of its employees. The Program, adopted by the Board of Education of District, is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.B. Retiree is eligible for participation in the Program.
