This Amendment Number Three (“Amendment”) to Contract Number MA-299-19010875 for The EcoChallenge exhibits, EcoChallenge brand & Strategic Marketing Plan for OC Waste & Recycling (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its OC Waste & Recycling Department (“County”) and Discovery Science Center of Orange County dba Discovery Cube Orange County, a California Non Profit Corporation, with a place of business at 2500 North Main Street, Santa Ana, CA 92705 (“DISCOVERY” or “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
