The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”), an administrative agency within the executive branch of the State of Texas, and Maximus, Inc. (“Contractor”), having its principal office at 1891 Metro Center Drive, Reston, Virginia 20190, (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), enter into the following agreement (“Contract”) for eligibility support services.

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to increase the fixed administrative rate, and call center, application support, and image application only rates associated with the approved initiatives to support activities related to ending continuous Medicaid coverage and the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE);
