This amendment is issued to indicate termination of the contract award for Procare Medical Transportation Service at Chillicothe Correctional Institution, Ross Correctional Institution, and Southeastern Correctional Complex, effective at 12:00 Midnight, on November 30, 2014. Effective December 1, 2014 at 12:01 a.m., The Department of Rehabilitation and Correction will utilize their direct purchase authority in accordance with ORC 125.05. A rebid will be issued for these locations.
