This Contract (the “Contract”) entered into this 15th day of October 2022 (effective date), is by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and Fullerton Interfaith Emergency Service dba Pathways of Hope, a California nonprofit corporation, (“Contractor”). County and Contractor may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Contract shall be administered by County Executive Office or an authorized designee (“Administrator”).
