This AMENDMENT to Contract No. 16-22-0044-ESG, hereinafter referred to as “Second Amendment” is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California and recognized Urban County under the Federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-383), as amended, with a place of business at 1770 North Broadway, Santa Ana, CA 92706-2642; hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and Fullerton Interfaith Emergency Services dba Pathways to Hope, a California nonprofit corporation, in the State of California, DUNS Number 555890946, with a place of business at P.O. Box 6326, Fullerton, CA 92834, hereinafter referred to as “SUBRECIPIENT,” with COUNTY and SUBRECIPIENT sometimes referred to as “PARTY”, or collectively as “PARTIES.”
