THIS CONTRACT, made this day of , 20 , under the Act of June 17, 1902 (32 Stat. 388), and acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and particularly the Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) Act of April 11, 1956 (43 U.S.C. § 620, et seq.) (CRSP Act), and the Reclamation Project Act of 1939, Section 14 (43 U.S.C. § 389), all collectively referred to as the Federal Reclamation Laws, is between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (United States), represented by the Contracting Officer executing this Contract, and the STATE OF UTAH, acting through the Utah Board of Water Resources (Board).
