This Contract is entered into on May 17, 2022 by and between the SCHOOL BOARD of Escambia County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “BOARD” or “DISTRICT”), with offices at 75 North Pace Boulevard. Pensacola, Florida 32505, and The Rensselaerville Institute, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TRI”), with offices at 2 Oakwood Place, Delmar, New York 12054 for services as an External Operator for Warrington Elementary School (hereinafter referred to as “SCHOOL”), located at 220 North Navy Blvd., Pensacola, Florida 32507. BOARD, TRI, and SCHOOL shall herein be collectively known as “the Parties.”
