ASSISTANCE made and entered into, this the day of , 2021, by and between THE COUNTY OF JACKSON, a body politic, existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as “County”, and CASHIERS-GLENVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC., a non-profit corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as “Department”.
