This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”), effective as of the date it is signed by all Parties, to Contract No. 30161700-20-ACS, Flooring Materials, with Related Supplies and Services (“Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Shaw Industries, Inc. (“Contractor”). The Department and Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
