Sec. 1. Background and Purpose. This Project funded by a Clean Ohio Fund Green Space Conservation Program grant administered by the Ohio Public Works Commission (“Grant”) (Exhibit A) and is designated by Project Number CEMAA. All terms, conditions, restrictions and documents constituting the Grant are incorporated into this Agreement and, to the extent there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Grant documents, the terms of the Grant documents shall prevail.
