This Contract is between Shelton-Keller Group Inc. having offices at 6301 E. Stassney Lane, Bldg. 9-100, Austin, TX 78744-3069 and the City, a home-rule municipality incorporated by the State of Texas, and is effective as of the date executed by the City (“Effective Date”).
