THIS Contract MA-060-18011034 for Orange County Sheriff-Coroner, (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Nu/Age Development, Inc., with a place of business at 3940 Prospect Ave., Suite A, Yorba Linda, CA 92886; (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as (“Party”), or collectively referred to as (“Parties”).

(hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”) with a place of business at 2201 E Winston Rd., Suite I, Anaheim, CA 92806-5537 is made and entered upon execution of all necessary signatures.
