This Contract (the “Contract”) is made as of the Effective Date by and between, Fuss and O’Neill, Inc. (the “Contractor,”) with a principal place of business at 146 Hartford Rd, Manchester, CT 06040, acting by Robert L. May, Jr., its Senior Vice President of Fuss and O’Neill, Inc. and the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”), with a principal place of business at 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, Connecticut 06103, acting by Paul Greco, its Contract Specialist, in accordance with Sections 4a-2 and 4a-51 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
