The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 and Elite Entrances, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), located at 30225 Tudor Way, Suite B, Magnolia, Texas 77355 enter into the following contract for door, gate, loading dock leveler installation, maintenance and repair services (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2165, Sections 2165.001 and 2156.121.
