This Contract for Judicial Services for the Bryan Municipal Court of Record (“Contract”) is made and entered into this day of November, 2020 by and between Colleen Batchelor (“Associate Judge”), and the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“City”). The City and Associate Judge may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
