THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”), effective as of the 4th day of August, 2016, is made by and between the City of Orlando, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and Infusion Bodywork & Massage, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor".
