(hereinafter “Amendment”) to provide software, firmware and hardware maintenance, support, and services for the Hart InterCivic Direct Record Electronic (DRE) Voting System for the Registrar of Voters, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” a nd or “Agreement” is made and entered into on the date approved by the Board of Supervisors or when fully executed by the parties, whichever is later, as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Hart InterCivic, Inc., a Texas Corporation, with place of business 15500 Wells Port Dr., Austin, Texas hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”.
