This amendment is issued to notify of the following: Effective December 19, 2016, the number of required New Employee Orientation (NEO) training days increased from 13 days to 20 days for Custody staff and 8 days to 15 days for Non-Custody staff. The additional 7 days of training are at no additional cost to either party, except that beginning February 1, 2018, CoreCivic will include in its meals reimbursement to DRC the cost of all meals that are provided to CoreCivic employees during the additional 7 days of training.
