This Contract is hereby entered into by and between the Lee County, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (the "COUNTY") and Outreach Mission Inc. (the "SUB‐RECIPIENT") (referred to collectively as the “Parties”). The purpose of the Contract is to ensure compliance with the North Carolina Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) requirements for grants during the distribution of funding appropriated specifically for the SUB‐RECIPIENT.
