This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Parties related to the subject matter hereof. All prior written or oral agreements, understandings, communications or practices between the Provider and the Client are hereby superseded insofar as they relate to the Services hereunder. This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of each of the Provider and the Client.
