This contract is made between the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, having its principal place of business at 3rd Floor, David McKoy Business Center, P.O. Box 563, Bliss Parade, Belmopan, Belize (hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”) acting hereinafter and represented by Colin Young, PhD, Executive Director on the one Part and (name of consultant/firm), having his principal place of business at (hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant”) acting hereinafter and represented by on the other Part.
