THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of July 2020 (effective date), is by andon July 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”) between the COUNTY OF ORANGEThe Regents of the University of California, as described in Article IX, Section 9 of the California Constitution on behalf of University of California, Irvine Medical Center and UC Irvine Health Physicians & Surgeons (“Contractor”), with a place of business at 333 City Blvd West, Suite 500, Orange, CA 92868, and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (COUNTY), and THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA(“County”), through its Health Care Agency, with a place of business at 405 W. 5th Street, Suite 600, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Contractor and County may sometimes be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
