This application, when accepted on behalf of the City by its properly authorized representative, shall constitute a binding contract. Where the proposed line extension is to serve other original customers than the undersigned, this agreement shall become binding when accepted by the City and/or when similar agreements with such other original customers have likewise been accepted by the City.
