This Agreement is entered into by and between the <<<CONTRACTING COUNTY>>>, at the request of and on behalf of the <<<CONTRACTING COUNTY>>> Juvenile Probation Department and 4M Youth Services, Inc., dba Rockdale Regional Juvenile Justice Center, a Texas for-profit corporation, licensed to provide child care services by the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission, and/or any other appropriate State agency with licensure or regulatory authority over this facility (“Service Provider”).
