Garden Grove Blvd., Orange, California 92868, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR,” which are sometimes individually referred to as “PARTY,” or collectively referred to as “PARTIES,” for the provision of Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services funded by Tobacco Settlement Revenue.
